HDI - Human Development Index

I got these Pages from school, they illustrate how developed a country is using examples like: litteracy, education, life lengths and GDP per capita.
I'm in Belgium (ranked sixth) where are you ranked? :d
Belgium is ranked 6th but if we cut off the poor southern part, we would have been first (recalculated once), northern belgium (flanders) has to pay 10,000,000,000 euros a year to the southern part, instead of putting it into colleges etc. they use it for football stadiums and other wastes

Well, you can see that low development country are mainly in the Middle East and Africa ... And the higher development country are always places with high tech.

My conclusion is high development country with be more 'high' and lower development country will continue to be low.

where i live isn't on because its an independant state in the british isles but tschnically not the u.k. o well i do know that where i live has the highest alchohol consumption to person ratio in the WORLD

That's probably cause there's not many people there, when it's like that it's very easy to get records like that
