Best way to get the answer is to PM the person making whatever tribute. No need to have a whole discussion when really, only one person would know the answer. Other than that, they will come out (if at all) when the whoever is making them finishes.
They're not something official so they wont necessarily be finished. It really is annoying working on something you don't want to do, so it could take a while for whoever is doing them to complete theirs.
