Just gotta shake my head. A prison where if a guard hits a home run gets a promotion? Taking the female prisoners and using them are prostitutes?

The thing that irks me on this, isn't what was going on. Its the fact that no one there stood up immediately and got this corrected on the spot. How far do you have to let a system break before it gets fixed?

I just don't get how anyone can have so little of honor.

Rather hard to believe that went on, crazy stuff really. The only stupid thing I've heard from a prison in this country though was giving them a golf course, which was pretty darn idiotic.
