What should be done? Consider the consequences. Troops may cause WW3: West v.s. East. Ignoring it may cause the total destruction of northern Africa.

The outside community has no business interfering in a civil war in Darfur. Aid is already being offered, but it's up to Sudan to decide whether or not it wants peace.

Ignore it. Face it, countries like that are set on murdering each other. They all fight between themselves like a bunch of bloody cavemen, let them get on with it.

We're supposed to be the civilized modern countries, it's not our business and we most certainly shouldn't be getting our hands dirty and trying to get involved, let them kill each other not us.

Harsh as it is these..underdeveloped countries are beyond saving, no amount of crappy charity's, brute force or Bombs is going to change it. Let history take it's course and they'll sort themselves out.

There is always some sort of civil war going on there. Sierra Leone no sooner ends and another one begins, we get involved and it will just escalate.
