i use a free webs site at http://members.freewebs.com/ its pretty good ove got my own website but its still a work in progress so im not posting the link yet

but the only downfall to that is that you cant upload more than 50 pictures and have more than 7 pages wih 7 paragraphs on each page...which severely limits what you can do with it without paying to get premium...still pretty cool tho if youre just looking for something low scale

Freewebs is not Html ..... U can put it in easy mode then just have it all do it for u

I use free webs . com also
You can chose to use HTML on freewebs.com if you want to..
Or just use its paragraph editor..
And you can pay if you want for storage and stuff..
