A brief history of RuneHQ.

A long long time ago, MrStormy was the second most important admin at RuneVillage, Weezy was a RV mod, RS Bits & Bytes wasn't there, and there was a site run by Shadow called RuneScapeCentral. When MrStormy and Weezy left RuneVillage, they were willingly accepted by RSC. But then tragedy struck. Shadow went camping and forgot all about his site. So MrStormy and Weezy took over, eventually converting the site to RuneHQ. The story goes that soon, the rivalry began when MrStormy supposedly hacked RuneVillage. Nobody knows for sure what happened, but we all know that a rivalry was struck. It lasted to the day that RuneHQ closed...
Meanwhile, times were changing. These days, RuneHQ was less active. Guides were coming out slower and slower. The staff was slacking on their duties. The two owners had quit the site. And slowly, RuneHQ began to deteriorate from its old standard of excellence. Finally, on February 22, 2005, Weezy and MrStormy were fed up. They announced the closing of the site. And the rest is history.

wow, i never knew that..... is anyone else here from RuneHQ, besides me and rafe and wdinc, who i think is here

yup kinda it, i was an admin at runescape central pre hq and storm was brought in to kinda take over for the former site owner. he soon took charge and brought it to life. after sometime Shadow (former owner) quit the site and storm took over for some time. after much talk we decided to start anew and break free from the RSC shadow and create a new site..........HQ was born. with only 5 admins at first-Storm, Weezy, Myself, Lt angel, and Monkeycris. we began HQ it was a great site and we put blood sweat and tears into it. will miss it

Yeah I knew I missed a part of it.

By the way. Brian was only modded a little after. I think you mixed Brian with Sharquaa. :p

nope Shar came after Brian he was admin on RSC as well before that just not on as much

you know.. i forgot all about rsc lol
i used RSc for quest and stuff since it was a lot more accurate than tip.it
after a few quest bugs i joined up to kinda complain about some of the guides or make a few changes. then back in the day i wanted to get a medal (high hopes lol) so i started to submit a whole bunch of guides like the fishing guild guide and the shilo village guide. but i never got a medal cuz other people who were better than me got it. then rhq was born and then diablo hired me to help with the newspaper and the rest was history
