What time do you....people....go to....sleep...and wake up...?

It's...11:30....kinda tired....I think I will go to sleep now...

I have....to get up........at 7....for school....

i go to sleep at midnight, and get up at 7:30 for school

but its half-term holiday

over here in good old england so its more like 9-11ish to get up and 1ish to go to bed

i get in bed at 10:00 pm bu i dont go to sleep (i watch tv) till 10:30 pm - 1:30 am (witch was the latest i ever stayed up on a weekday) my alarm is set at 5:30 am but i usually dont get up till 6:00 am (school starts at 7:30 am but i leave for my bus stop at 6:30 am)

I sleep about 10:30 to 11:30..depends...
I get up pretty early in the moring at 6, Heading for school which starts at 7:30....

My school starts at 8:40 in the morning, but i have to get up at 6:50 am to catch the train. Yea, i do take the train, lots of kids in my school do, since its too far for a bus.
I fall asleep areound 11:30 each night, and i wake up felling rested lol.

Different age has different sleep
I feel sleepy at 10 when i was in middle school
Now i feel sleepy at 1 when i'm in high school

I sleep from 11:30 untill 7 in morning

Yeah, but my brother who is in high school starts school at 6:45

I am supposed to go to bed at 10:00PM but i usually stay up to 12AM without my parents noticing and i wake up at 5:45 everyday

lol i hate middle school wakin up at 5;30 everyday, it suggz, did u no that the number of hours u sleep b4 12 am (midnight) determans how recharged ull feall da next day, but sleep after 12 helps a little

I usually goto bed at 12:30AM and wake up at 5:30AM to take a bath for school, and if I have left over time (which I usually do), I play RuneScape while I wait.
