it rains all the time in england or most of the time

definatly snow...When it snows, i most likely have no school

Lucky! Man, here in California 4/5 of the year is sunny days!!

rainy, it dosnt snow much in san deigo county, only been in snow 3 times (in mountains) but rainys good enough for me, plus rain is a better excuse to stay inside and play rs than snow

You live in Arizona? It's pretty much the same weather here...
