What is the point of asking us to do this. If you are wondering why you might not of recived an e-mail here are a few things to consider:

Give the e-mail time to be sent. It is not always instant
You might of typed your e-mail incorrectly

Just give it a little time before you start troubleshooting it. If it still doesn't work then you need to contact them on their page. No one here can do anything about it.
