Pokemon Crystal Help..

I'm starting to return back to my childhood...by playing pokemon....if anybody's an expert here, please answer my stupid questions?

[My first question is]]
- How do I get a Lapras? [If there IS one in the game..]]

[I've gotten all the badges, [all 16] and Im only in the 60's range of levels for my pokemon LoL. I'm just catching pokemon to fill up my Pokedex]
At the point where if I beat ASH, I'm done the game..
I'm LOST currently =/ :oops:

alright,, my next question..

when i fight a legendary dog [entei or raikou] and i use "mean look",, can it still escape from battle??

i never met raikou yet..so hes slightly harder for me to find..

and any tips on catching these?

mean look works ownagely!!

and it's not harder, it's equally random. as for catching them, i mean looked, and froze them got em to as low as possible, and used 2344436590 ultra balls :wink:

buh how u get to same area as the dogs r in lol,, takes forever for me...

by slightly harder to find raikou, i meant tht because i never met him before in battle..so hes not in pokedex, thus i cant check his "area"

not like entei,, since i encountered him somewhere before

they're all random. once i beat the entire game (gold, though) and only saw 2 of them. My trick is to save in a city with 4 routes around it, and restarting until he's on one of them. and hope you get lucky:) also , you can try stunsporing (or whatever it's called) so the little monsters don't attack. Either dog or nothing. It took about...a week but i finally got him

Dunno if they have it in the later games...
But "False Swipe" was awesome at helping catch
rare ones. Taking thme down to 1 hp works wonderfully.

All the tips I can give ya, haven't played in I'd say around 2 years...
Ah...memories.

I FOUND RAIKOU!! LOL I tried to hyponotize it with my Haunter but it ran away already,, i'm trainin my haunter to lvl 40 now ..

i might cach another ghastly JUST BECAUSE my haunter forgot "mean look""
lol
