do people even live in the arctic?

and do they even have technology?

no...ppl don't live there becaus artic is just a bunch of floating ice,
and if you ment antarctica, ppl don't live there either, but there are some crazy scientific profs who stay there for a year or so

yeah only (as far as i know) scientists go into the artic or antartica for maybe a year at most for research
why thinking of moving there?

Moving there wouldn't be fun. But like they said the scientists are the only people that want to go there to study things. They do not have technology like we do here back in civilization but they must have some technology to do their research and their tests.

O then theres eskimos. (unless they are the scientists) lol

the northern-most permanent city is "Alert'. its very far north in canada and yes people do live there, i think

I don't really see why someone would want to live up there unless they are a scientist. Theres probably nothing to do, no amusement parks, no sport leagues. It seems rather dull up there.

It would be mighty hard. I also just realized that there wouldn't be any rsbandb abnd runescpae. Also having no sports would kill me. Life would be hard.

so i was right all along... antartica IS a frozen wasteland... no wonder there is no "official country" there.

no rsbandb would be the end of my life.. seriously... :O

Well, if you ask about Greenland, I believe there are some people there. But they are mostly Eskimos, and most live on the coast line. The rest of Greenland is uninhabitable.
