Someone needs to find a fuel that doesnt use carbon. Then we'd all be saved. At least to an extent.
Actually without carbon, none of us would be here

I think that banning carbon-based fuels would be a lot easier than banning carbon-based plants and animals . Just a thought...

Very good article, krazzi. It's always annoyed me to see how little was done ten years ago to combat pollution. Regardless of how little information we had on global warming and such, there is no excuse to simply ignore it until it becomes a worldwide problem. Even now, countries (even those who preach environmental reform)
still commit acts of pollution that is simply making the situation worse. I'm not a "tree-hugger" but I worry about the day where parts of the world are submerged and we have to walk around wearing gas masks because we're being sickened by the filth we've created.

Slogan? Kill the Carbon.

Besides the fact that banning carbon-based fuels would be easier than banning carbon-based plants, it is also more fruitful.
Since Carbon-based organisms release their stored Carbon when they die, nothing would be accomplished by a ban on Carbon-based organisms as there would be even more Carbon released in killing the life-forms and such, nothing solved.
You could, however, kill the organisms in a airtight cell but the cell would just break down in years to come, not to mention this method would be expensive, strange, and just plain sick. o.0

Does anyone realize humans require carbon dioxide to live, like for instance if you breath to fast you will be getting to much oxygen, with out carbon dioxide,we wouldn't be having this disscussion.
