No it doesn't. He'll make it if I extend it to maybe 25, but the top ten is set for now, except I'll probably move pac-man up and pong down.

What's wrong with Ebaum's World?

A lot of these lists I don't agree with, like any with Gamecube, or PS2 being near the top. Robbie's are actually quite accurate, IMO.

GTA 25th place? I think it deserves higher rank, since all the hyge popularity of one of most sucesfull games. Also Tetris should #1 in my opinion, since it's the oldest, great and addicted in a good way game. Also Goldeneye 007 had done a great job, and should have higher rank in my opinion.

Good comments, and I'll gladly explain my thoughts on them.

Tetris for #1. That is all true, except for the oldest part. It came out the same year as SMB, actually. However, as popular as it ever got, SMB was much more revolutionary, influential and complex. Tetris wins in lasting popularity, but SMB has so much influence, that it narrowly tops it. Almost every first-person video game in the world today has been influenced by it in some way.

Goldeneye. I was thinking of switching it with FFVII, but if I did that I would put it below Pong. Honestly, as popular as it was, I don't think it was enough so to crack the top 5-8. However, expect it to move up 2-3 spots soon.

GTA - It has popularity. However, it's missing the most important aspects of the criteria. Nothing was revolutionary about the graphics, and it didn't really influence much. I think that every game above it deserves to be.
