*sigh*
I honestly doubt he'll win this case -- unless he can convince the courts that being so fat that you can't even function in normal society is a handicap comparable to being confined to a wheel chair.

Maybe he should take this as a lesson that he shouldn't be eating at White Castle in the first place. If you're so **** fat that you can't even fit in the seats at the restaurant, then maybe you shouldn't be eating that fat, greasy burger.
