"I had came to a conclusion a while ago that humans had probably reached their maximum intelligence level by now. I look around me and only see people getting dumber, not smarter. I believe that without some kind of "alteration," things are probably not going to get any better."

Depending on what you mean by "smarter" I'm not sure you can just observe overall intelligence declining. But in our societies I think it is desirable for citizens to be as "dumb" as possible.

Someone once told me that someone once told them that "9 out of 10 people are stupid anyways" but I think "100% of people are stupid 9/10 times anyways" also works.

there is the stupid theory.

everyday every person WILL do at least one thing stupid. if you do not do something stupid that day, it will add up to the next day and so on until you do something stupid. but you've saved up so much stupid arua that when you do do something stupid, it will be very very VERY stupid.
