For such a typical "yes/no" topic including no discussion whatsoever (Points to Total Plox for trying, though), I could answer this with just one word, but due to rules forbidding such actions, I'm going to answer with multiple words.

No. I do not workout. At all. Maybe I should. I'm already underweight so getting weight down is certainly not in my interest, but I am quite weak and that should be fixed.

If you do, what do you do to work out?: Here's the list:
Set of 50 Pushups
Set of 100 Situps
25x2 Pull ups
100 On each arm 15LB dumbbells
50 On each arm 20LB dumbbells
50 On each arm 25LB dumbells
20 Laps around the house by jogging or on the bike.
How long?:1-2 Hours (Including Breaks)
Do you enjoy it?: Yeah I do enjoy that gotta be in shape mostly because I eat junk don't wanna gain lots of weight. -I do this workout every other day.
Weight,Height,Age 180Lbs, 5'11, I could say 17 as I will be 17 next week.

This isn't hard to do as long as you to take break intervals in between.

If you do, what do you do to work out?: I go for a 2-3 mile run 3 times a week, I lift weights, do push ups and sit ups...
How long?: About an hour a day
Do you enjoy it?: No not really. But it helps control stress levels...
