I don't really see Scientology as a religion, just a pyramid scheme.

Not too long ago, in an American mall, I saw Scientologists conducting a test to see how "stressed" a person was. It was advertised as free and along with the free test came "free" advice (aka solicitation into the club). They are using this e-meter to web people into their cult with an innocent-sounding purpose ("Oh, we just want to see how stressed you are!"). I'm sure that you, me, and most people on this forum would know that the e-meter is a joke, but other people..well..don't. Should we allow their ignorance? There's really no right answer to that question, but I don't think that the matter should be dropped because it might offend people.

Are you serious? Nothing disgusts me more than people that pray on the ignorance of others.

...Now I'm kind of hoping it gets torn apart now. If what you say is true (I have no doubt that it is by the way) then it does deserve to get analyzed and exposed.

I think they should, cause someone needs to prove that its real or not. So what if they get sued?

Religion or no, people deserve to know the TRUTH! All religion is, really, is the assumed truth until proven otherwise, and if the Mythbusters (spelt with an 'r') are willing to 'prove otherwise', then good.

... plus, my brother hates Scientology, so this one's for you, Karl.
