Say you run a 5k Race which is 3.1 miles usually. Even if you got dead last you figured out you can run it and you can improve and become a better runner. Which was kinda my case last year in Cross Country haha

Lol thats exactly what I mean TJ.

If you start up boxing or another sport, and you train day-in, day-out. But you lose one of your matches, you can then think to yourself 'what did I do wrong?' and then improve on it.
