Once a trial is ended, the same charges can not be brought to court again, that's called Double Jeopardy, and we have a constitutional amendment to protect us from it.

well it doesn't really matter whether we think he's innocent or guilty, he was found innocent in a court of law, whether we like it or not he is innocent, his lawyer must have done a dam good job defending him, but no-one of us actually know if he did it or not, no-one of us sat through that trial and saw all the evidence and testimonials from witnesses so we can't really make an unbiased decision on if he really was guilty or not.

I was angry. Then i realized he is finished anyway. Aparently there has been a big load of polls in america and MOST of them think he was guilty. His career is over. He's majorly in debt. That nose of his needs constant attention which he can no longer afford - he can't start up a new singing career because honestly..who wants to go see him? I don't. His last song if i remember correctly was one huge flop here in england. I expect he will lay low for a year or two at least. Lets hope he learnt his lesson.

agreed, he was declared innocent in a court of law, so ergo he is innocent
