Sounds very much like that is so. I think he was drunk.

I'm also 15 and I've drank beer (nasty crap), champagne (bubbly), wine, and sips of a margarita but I don't drink. And drugs...forget about it I would never expose myself to such crap.

and ill let them play rs and rsbandb when they are 3! (or when they learn to read, whatever :roll:
