That's the 'hard-time' waiting for some of Norway's most dangerous criminals in the new purpose built £15 million Halden Prison.

The jail took 10 years to build and has been touted to be the most humane in the world for its 252 inmates.

Well if all you need is a place to keep dangerous people off the streets, why place them in a ******* where they can't learn any better from?

A prison with lots of guard corruption, inside trading, gangs, and whatnot sometimes isn't the best idea.

I understand giving prisoners relative comfort, but ****. That's better than my own apartment in some ways.
