Phillidelphia tried their best, they tried really hard. Poor Flyers.

Ease up, Penn. Have some fun. :D At least they did their best, right?

welcome to Philadelphia, the city of sports championship series, add another team to the list. :x

Actually, the last goal of the game (scored by Kane) was actually a really hard shot to make. He had a slight curve to it, and hit a one-in-a-million shot. He was so far away from the net, too, it was crazy.

Leighton really should work on stopping those 5-hole shots during the off-season. Good series though, can't wait to see the first game in the regular season that the Flyers and Blackhawks play against each other.

Let's be honest guys - on many teams, Leighton and Niemi would be good dependable backups. This year has completely blown apart the notion that you need goaltending to win the cup...neither of them were that good, it's just the team in front of both were able to either compensate for their goalie's mistakes, or outscore the opposition.

It was basically a 6 game all-star series with all the scoring. They would make good backups, but they would be great starters once they get on top of their game.

Oh, and did anyone realize how Kane was handed the Stanley Cup after like 7 or 8 people already had it? I mean, he scored the winning goal, he should have got it second after the MVP. (Whatever his name was)

Uh... the MVP was the captain, who gets it first anyway XD

I'm not surprised that Hossa got the first hand-off, after all, this was his third straight Finals appearence, and he lost his last 2.

Exactly, I mean there is no way that game winner should have gone past Leighton, he basically dropped his knee and said, "have a goal"
