What's the weirdest thing happened on vacation

so what's the weirdest thing that's ever happened to you on vacation?
I would say... in Brasil, I got stopped trying to go into the restroom cuz this one cleaning lady thought i was a guy...it was really weird. there are probably lots more I'll think of later...

in ohio i was at my greatgrandma's houes, and she lives in the middle of no where...about 3 hours from a town. and behind her place in a corn field and it was snowy..i was sitting outside watching the deer because theres nothing else to do. and i didnt bring any deer calls with me (like a dummy) so i started pawing the ground and grunting. i had 6 does (female deer) 20 feet away from me at most. they were looking at me and pawing the ground, my mom dad and great grandma were watching out the window it was soooo cool.

i love it there because they have bear and deer and stuff, if you walk around in the woods its hard not to find them. next time i go up there i want to bring my rifle

but yeah, that the weirdest thing i can think of. i've gone to a lot of places but i cant remember most of it being i was so young at the time

The weirdest yet most fun was the staircase slide me and some friends made during a school trip to Washington D.C.

It was ridiculous and we didn't even get in trouble with the school XD

Theres lots of stuff i suppose.

-I was crawling through a Pyramid in Egypt when this strange man with a big beard in white robes comes up and just says "Wait here" and walks off.

Now that probably doesn't sound to weird but anyone who's been in a Pyramid knows what there like, there isn't much room, it's all poorly lit and a really weird place, to just have this guy walk up so casually and blurt that out isn't normal. XD Safe to say i didn't wait around.

-I don't remember which country we was in but someone tried to charge my sister for taking a photograph..wtf lol

-Waking up on a Cruise ship, after docking there the night before and seeing..a **** load of people having set up these crappy make shift stores just outside our ship, that must be fairly normal for them but to see such a thing is bizarre, they must have arrived so early in the morning all in the hopes of selling us..junk.

- Being surrounded by "Tourist police" was pretty **** weird if not scary as well, armoured trucks escorting your coach and armed police with bloody machine guns.

A lot of weird stuff and this post is already to long, most of it is undoubtedly normal to the people living there..just my culture and country is vastly different so it's weird to me.

In France, we were on the tube and someone said something over the intercom. Then, everyone got off and the lights went out on the train. So, we got off (obviously). It was freaky, because the station was entirely abandoned, and being in a country where you don't speak their language at midnight, eeeeh. It was kinda freaky.

This didn't happen to me, but one of my friends went on holiday with him family to Egypt. They took a trip out to the Sinai desert for god knows what reason, and stopped at a local market type thing, and in those remote places, people still trade camels, goats or hens or whatever for other goods like gold or food. Anywho, my friend was walking around the market with his sister and one crazy arab guy decided to make him an offer, of 12 camels for her. Apparently she was bloody scared, and he just laughed. Got to say that's a pretty crazy thing.

Dude, Florida really has a crab problem. I remember one night going out and noticing that the ground was moving.

Turns out, there were thousands of crabs running around. 8-[

those are ghost crabs, they are really a good thing for the beach. they help clean up dead fish and crap that wash's up on shore....i used to live in flordia and also used to chase them at night all the time

i guess i have been kinda lucky other then the deer i talked about nothing really weird has happend to me.
