Does anyone know how to record internet activity?

Like, does anyone know how to record something like a video. Like if I wanted to record me doing something on Runescape thats not just a picture, but an actual video that could be 5 seconds or 30 minutes long. Like me killing someone or getting something good. Anyone?

Yes I do..
I use HyperCam, but most ppl use Camtasia..

yea catsuma works, but i cant figure out how to save adio files to my comp or record them using catsuma!!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil:

Ok, I downloaded both of them, and both make the game really laggy (also, Hypercam makes it look kind of crappy). Is there anyway to use it where it won't be so laggy?

buy a better computer...

the second only way:

buy a video camera (altho the quality will be horrible...)

I'm not sure about the laggy..
But, remember, it's free version, which doesn't have good quaility...(Well, just saying most)

Ah! I figured it out. On the last screen before it goes into the recorder, under Performance Options, check the box in there. All it does is make your screen go blank for a second, and then begins recording. It makes it run much smoother, though it still lags just slightyly, it works.

Hypercam makes the game look funky too, which is why I don't use it.
