No matter what music genres you listen to, do you think that music, in general, is good for a person? Does it help them develope any how? Relax? Anything?

I am not going to post my thoughts for now, because they are sort of mixed....But I need you guys to reply.

Feel calm, and relaxed.

music eh ??? :D sometimes music can make you do somwthing it can ve bad or a good thing it can effect your mood....your mind. Music is alot for a person....Like they say you can tell what kind of person that is by seeing what music is he/she listining to, but its not true for me tho....cause i listin to varietys of styles.
