I love cooking. There's something about knowing what you put in your food that makes you feel comforted. I've had my mishaps though. Especially when making bread using yeast. Good god, nothing is more fun than kneading bread dough and leaving it for 20mins only to come back to see that the yeast hasn't rised because it's defective. :roll:
