Man this is freaky!

Think of a number, any number!

Now multiply it by 2

Add 6

Divide by 2

Subtract the original number

The answer is three

Amazing, ain’t it?

It works with any number, simple math, some crappy magic you have.

Thats cool lol, but like pika said it is simple math.

O and dragonrai6, you must be mad at math, it does come to be 3 no matter what number you use.

It's jsut messing around with numbers, when you simplify everything. It's n+3-n=3

The original equation is: (2x+6)/2 - x = 3
->( 2x/2 + 6/2 ) - x = 3
-> x + 3 - x = 3

It's just tricking you with other operations and numbers.

You can solve it using Algebraic equations, I think it's easier that way.
