pretty much tho i dont like america, it would still win- keep in mind that russia was the only G8 member that RECIEVES aid!!! russia has been crippled by the amount of changes to and back from a communist state.

anyway as things stand here is what i know
europe: at the moment the best fighter jets, and due to the french-german ties combined naval and air-forces a very real possibility, and france has more powerful boats than the uk at least- the uk hass recentley been cutting naval spending, yet has been steady on spending for their airforce, which alone is probably the best in europe. also it is a fact that the british army has the best training in the world.

russia: poor equipment, little or no training, low amount of resources, requires aid, internal terrorism

america: richest nation, armed forces have best equipment, though this is not issued to all soldiers, and alot of the equipment they have is still in experimental stages- they have the largest navy and airforce currentley, and a large army, though this army does not meet the training levels expected in europe.

china: largest army, medium sized outdated airforce and navy. however has a very well equipped army on the ground, has taken countries for itself recentley,(such as tibet and smaller countries around that area) and so has experience in conquest that other countries lack. at the moment china would win any war as it has access to nuclear capability, meaning that no country would be willing to start a nuclear holocaust by firing a missile (except possibly america which already has standby missiles aimed at china russia and even europe which would be fired if a nuclear missile hit america)

So basicly - if this war happend the world would end and life would be wiped out..so we all lose.

We'd go into nuclear winter. MOST life would cease, but those closest to the equator would be able to grow "hardy" crops. It would seriously lower the worlds population though. Wed go from billions to tens of thousands... It wouldnt be pretty. If it came to that though, Russians would be totally wiped off the face of the planet. It would be impossible to do or function anything in the northern region of the world, from Georgia (American) upwards would be impossible to inhabit. It would take awhile from the radiation and dust settle to where we could go back to our homes, but not for many years. However long it took for the dust kicked up by the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs to settle would be pretty much the same for us. Africa WOULD MOST LIKELY become the richest along with Australia due to their warm climates and adaption to the enviorment. Life wouldnt depend on money any longer. More based on bartering like the olden days. Since most super power countrys have nukes, it might be worse. Also, we must keep in mind the use of the Special forces of each country. The tough Germans mixed with the airborne Brits would only EQUAL the American special forces... No offense, but we do have the best since they are trained in almost any climate. Like the Navy SEALs. If there is better shoot me. SEALs- Sea Air and Land. They go into the coldest waters, harshest jungles, and highest drop heights, to be THE BEST. But otherwise, if nukes came into play. We are all dead. Period.

Mmm. I don't think you understand Movie_Star15 you have seals yes..but you are not taking into consideration the special forces England has (don't know about germany) are country is KNOWN for it's tough training..we have the BEST training in the world. You don't just go and sign up to get into the SAS there are only what..100 odd of them in the world? When thousands might try. That's how tough it is. There trained in everything you just meantioned and more..combine that with are EXTREMELY tough training and there pretty much the best special forces team in the world..there is nothing out there to top them. It's hard to find details on them..but i did try.i saw a program on it before..of course any SAS members that where shown had there faces blanked so they wont be recognized but you saw some of there training..and i sure as hell wouldn't be able to do it..and i like to tihnk im healthy.

about poor equipment i agree, but for the rest i don't
1. man, they train their soldiers in syberia, -50 degrees,they live with ease without electricity for a year, so powerfailure is not a problem.
2. Euh...did u ever opend an atlas, they have tons of diamonds, uranium and coal under their feet
3. they don't require aid anymore (i've been in ucrain (formal USSR respublic), only for small regions
4. I haven't saw any internal terrorism yet, if u mean the crazy folks of tsjetsjnja, it's an respublic, so there is no internal terrorism

And ppl, all hightech stuff is worthless in extreme cold or if they use EMP
