7th February 2005 - Roving Elves

Today we have released a new quest which expands the story started in the Waterfall quest.
A fellowship of elves has recently started travelling in the elven woods of Isafdar. The beautiful Eluned is happy to help anyone, but her companion, Islwyn, is not quite so friendly.

To help him overcome his dislike of humans you must set right the wrongs committed against his family in the Roving Elves Quest.

Have fun with this while im at school :(

Hmm maybe if I have the time, i'll go play RS for a little bit (dispite the fact that im "retired" ) and try out the new quest. That, and the 2 other quests I haven't had a chance to finish. 8)

No offense, but hasn't there been enough quests for lower-levels? :? Remember the very first new quest Jagex released after RS-2 was launched? That was rather easy. Then came the Elemental Workshop. Noob quest pl0z!

Well, it sure doesn't last for very long. Most of the quests Jagex releases, I finish within a few hours. All that does is delay my stat training by that much. Not much help...

I like quests with more "doing" and less walking, like Monkey Madness even though it ***** the crap out of me, but this quest was like a marathon walk back and forth..

well, the quest is quite short, and the reward is pretty good (forgot what it is though... :P), but the new items are just plain expensive...

the crystal bow is 900k gp, and the crystal sheild is 750k gp... with the stats bonuses they give, and the looks, they're pretty cool... thing is, they "revert to seed" after a certain number of uses (i think it's 1k shots for the bow, and 1k hits for the sheild) making it a gp-guzzler in mt opinion...

This quest actually looks like fun. And i dont think many low lvls can kill a lvl 82 with no armor and no weapons.
