The things is.. i think jagex miscalculated this simple factor

They make worlds depend on the amount of players

But alot people has high connection.. so they will likely to go to laggy servers becuz low connection people won't go there.. and that made people live in ENgland to go to atlanta. and people in atlanta go to north pole and north pole people will go to mars.. and mars people will go to star wars.. and star wars people will go to....and so on

they should make more Canadian servers. Toronto is always populated.

Or Ottawa or Montreal

I think that they should do a south-american or a brazilian server... I know alot of south-american people who plays runescape and live with lag

They shouldn't make anymore servers,, cause at midnight, barely any world is full
