Stats for fire cape: + 4 str, + 11 def, + 2 pray

i am really dissapointed in the updates jagex has been coming out with lately. They need to come out with some meaningful quests.

The lvl 180 are so easy. You can hally them in the cave and they will not heal themselfes then. However I never saw a lvl 360. I've killed once 9 lvl 180's but haven't seen a lvl 360

I believe jagex are trying to add more variety into there updates. People was getting pretty sick of the same old quests repeated "go here, get that, bring it back, kill this, well done".

The cape does look pretty nice though. Its also pretty good. The tokul reward is decent. I think I am gonna go it and get those nice obsidian weapons and armor.

The cape is made for bragging rights and nothing else. You can't trade it and it's stats arent overly amazing. Saying that..i haven't seen it so im not burning my bridges just yet..if i like the look of it i may get it.

Exactly what Creepybacon said, its not that the cape is all that (better than legends though) its just for bragging rights.

I was cutting magics and saw a lvl 116 wearing one. He said it took him like 8 to 10 times going in there before he finally beat the boss and even then he just barely won.

Cape looks cool, its definately distinctive since its wider than normal capes. Once you see one you will likely know it.

I just made my first attempt in there and got to like my 7th or so lvl 360 before finally dieing. My mistake was not keeping protect from magic on when I fought the first couple of 360's and that took up a lot of my food.

I suggest keeping protect from magic on once you get that far. Even if you hit protect from magic before their first fireballs hit you will still take a hit or two (guess you have to have on before he fires) and that hit or two hurts when he is hitting up to 50 per hit.

I got like 2100 or so tokkul. Good luck everyone, you will need it=)

Btw, lvl 110 combat with 75 range here in case you wondered.

i think its very groovey, but something thy cud do 2 improve is make diffwerent rooms 4 different lvls like 40-50s, 60-70s u no wot i mean? but it was fun wen i went ther i didnt come last even tho im lvl 61, kiled a lvl 82 zammy mage lol

I did it with full inv. of lobbies and i stand like 10 mins for that lvl 180 (hitting up to 25) and i got 320 tokuls... BAD!!

my lvl 88 friend with 51 def, 84 strength, 72 attack, barely lasted for 3 rounds.

my conclusion, pures won't stand a chance in there.

less than 180's there are nothing, beating 180's is easy if u use hally and find the spot to the southwest. Once u hit the 360's its all about pray pots and protect from magic.

When u hit the boss, cross ur fingers and hope you can get him stuck and have a little luck on your side.

the stats and pic of what i used to get mine, kinda trippy in high detail it flows downward like lava. beating the 702 is a matter of skill and luck i ranged the whole way thru took my crystal bow down to 3\10ths b4 the boss and after trapping him behind one of the out croppings i used range block as that was what he was using mostly. not many magic attack and my blkhide made them not hit above a 50 so used up all my sharks keepin alive but did it.
