Arrgh!! Another Braindead Scammer

a certain jackie1412 pmed me in rs. it's a worthless scamming account and here's what transpired.

me: thank you, u have been reported
jackie1412 logged out


this trick is nothing new. create a useless scamming account and do it over again. unless scammers are punished severely, they are here to stay.

You should have said, "Hmm..what's this? A message just popped up on my screen...it says 'Thankyou, your abuse report has been received.'"

Scammer = pwned :twisted:

Though I haven't gotten any scammers personally (i.e. PMing me) trying to steal my password or the like...which is good and bad, depending on how you look at it. :P

Yeah, jagex has the power to ban a person's IP. If they start doing that, I have a feeling we may just see an end to scammers. 8)

yeah one of my friends tried this on me, he wasnt very slick about it and gave away many clues that it was him. But when i tracked his ip, then checked it on yahoo and msn messenger when he got on.. He didnt say much when i showed him the proof.. logged off, havent seen them since.. hehe

lmao i remember u told me about that. what a dumb ****...how stupid does he really think u are? ive had peeps like this constantly they are so idiotic and nooby but unfortunately i think no matter how many times scammers are reported they will neverbe rid of forever even if ip bans are taken into full force

i have a better idea of what to do with scammers :twisted: put them in a cage and let the rest of us range and mage the hell out of them :twisted: , now that would be good stress relief,

OK they need to bring back the black hole so those disks can come in use * goes out and buys one* but really if they do start ip banning these little 11 year olds ( sorry if I offended anyone here) I think runescape would be as good as when I left ( about a year ago but I started playing again) Ip bans and the black hole would rock if they made them come back :)

scammers are easy to find......the stupid ones are the ones that got caught...i admit i was a scammer too....
