Rasool the wandering merchant?!?

I was going ot fire giants and saw this guy, rasool the wandering merchant.

Here is what he is selling:

i found him near the waterfall on world 41, im not realy sure who the heak this guy is...another bob ? who knows :roll:

He gives you an item you need for the Desert Treasure quest.

Those things are 2x expensive then they normally are. So I wouldn't suggest buying at them
