Nezzy Helm or Slayer Helm?

I am contemplating doing 'Smoking Kills'. If the Slayer Helm isn't worth getting, though, I will continue with skilling.

Definitely worth it. I wouldn't do slayer tasks until you finish smoking kills because the reward points are so useful. The benefits of the slayer helm while slaying are so great, there is no reason to use any other helmet.

If you aren't doing any slayer (you should!), the Neitiznot helmet is still a bit better than the slayer helmet. One exception to that is when you also need magic defence, the full slayer helmet gives a considerable boost to that which could make it more useful.

I recently got my Slayer to 46 (because I didn't have 85 Combat). I'll get to do the quest today, then.
