This is similar to my noob days thread only this time we remember what rs was like a long time ago. I remember before the GE sitting in Varrock at the general store waiting for a tailismen to be for sale.

Did the same, but I wanted an ultra mega giga turbo rare Iron Full Helm. Because it was way cooler than a Med Helm.

I surely was not a politicly correct user, Whenever I had a chance to make cash from a noob, I did it with pleasure

Grand Exange pretty much killed the trading system.
I liked the old trading system because it was so easy to make cash off noobs, like buying helm of neitiznot for 50k, then sell them back 100k-120k to noobs who couldn't even wear them because they didn't do the quest XD Made over 900k profit that day XD

Another noob asked me how much he could sell his 10k nats runes. I told him around 1m and gave him 1.2m for it. I sold them back for 3.5m. 2.3m made in about 30 minutes.

Or when I was given a flail for free (1.1m), Sold it to a noob for 5 zammy plates (like over 5m). Sold the 5 zammy plates for 6m and bought my flail back at 1m. Then another noob bought my flail for 2.5m. Then I bought another flail for 800k. My most profitable day EVER!

It was so easy to manipulate people

at a lan cafe some idiot beside me bought bronze med instead of iron large even though i talked him into buying the iron large coz he asid its cheaper

I remember the days when nature running was king.

They should make a version of runescape that is just like that. No GE, no trade limit, no nothing. Jadex should not mess with this version at all and not care about RWT. Of course they should also keep the current version of runescape available also.

I remember running from the cow in lumby to the bank in Al Karid. Then after I get around 100 I would sell them for 10k. Ahh the good times I had.

When pures were actually worth something. Those were the days.
