Food: Swordfish are 250-300ea. But are awhile to be about to catch and actually COOK them (Not burn). But there are 2 Alternatives.

Gnome food: 2 Pieces of Gnome food heal 15hp. Swordfish heals 14.

REFERANCES FROM RUNE VILLAGE.

Quote:
Chocolate Bomb

Heals: 15 Hit Points

Tangled Toad Legs

Heals: 15 Hit Points

I think those 2 foods are 150ea when you buy them from Waiters.

2ND ALTERNATIVE. Lava Eels. I think these are AMAZING! I was at level 53 Cooking (The start when you can cook Eels) and from a whole inventory full, I BURNT NONE! IM SERIOUS. NONE WERE BURNT! I think these are AMAZING FOOD! They heal the same as Swordfish. Only that your flow is EELS ONLY. There isent others like Tuna. You need an Oily Fishing Rod and NORMAL BAIT to catch these.

Thieving: When you knock out someone in the place that involves The Feud. Jagex Changed it so you get Thieving Experience for KNOCKING OUT THE PERSON. Not Pickpocketing them when there down. So you dont have to pickpocket them.

Tips Fletching: You should only string your bow if your alching something thats 401+ Because Strings are 100ea. And Nats are 300ea. So you should only Alch STRUNG Yew shorts and up. Anywhere below is just a negative hole in your bank.

Lava Eel:14

http://www.rsbandb.com/index.php?page=s ... g_id=00296 AND http://runehq.com/cacheguides/viewskillguide00296.php Since RSBANDB asked Runehq to use there guides with permission.

Lava Eel :14

8)

And about the Kebabs. I knew that. But I think you should get Karambwans because they heal the same. And they arent much of a hassel. Making Kebabs takes a LOOOONG TIME. But its still a replacement.

yes sharks and karambwan are good, but ugthanki kebabs are still a good cheap alternative for those without the fishing or quest requirements
