Ok,when I started playing Runescape a year ago(around the time of the RS2 beta)
I noticed how friendly of a community Runescape had. There was people being nice, not calling each other "noobs" when they didn't get what they wanted.
Now,you can't go one place without hearing the word "noob"or hearing someone by-passing the censors.
I have traveled everywhere in Runescape and not once have I seen a place that has no "noobs"
I wonder why Jagex doesn't do anything about it?
Maybe it's the fact that everyone doesn't know how to use the report button properly and so they have to spend all their time filtering though the reports to find out who the bad people really are.
Maybe its just the fact that it's just life?
I don't know why everyone is being called a "noob" or being called some name that has something to do with being "gai" or being "black"
There is nothing wrong with people being different.
In case you didn't get the point what I'm trying to say is Jagex should try and do something about it.
I know it's hard for them but they should try.
That is the end of my rant.

If this gets locked I'll know why.

P.S. I did not mean to offend anybody,so if I have I'm sorry.

i agree, everywhere you go you get idiots bypassing the word filters and calling each other "noobs", but i don't think theres that much jagex can do about it.

Well, they could get more mods and put them in different areas, but that would be too hard for them to find trustworthy enough people.

I think it's both the fault of the players and the fault of Jagex. I think if Jagex had more mods, this wouldn't be a problem. Though I really don't see anything wrong with people calling each other "noobs," because the majority of people who do that are low-leveled players. That kind of thing happens when a game becomes famous. The older players are drowned out by a bunch of idiots.

how can it be jagex's fault?, it would be impossible for them to put a player-mod in every major city in every world, i blame it on the minority of idiot players

That's true..but you have to admit..there aren't a whole lot of mods going around. There are too many people getting past word filters and it's getting on my nerves!

Ya if they put them in cities it would be boring. All you would do is stand there (in f2p anyway). You couldnt train, mine etc.

No kidding man. I agree. There are just a bunch of people out there who play this game so much and have nothing better to do then crack down on others and make fun of them. People that call others "noob" are so dumb. They instantly judge people by their Runescape player. They don't know the person, will most likely never no the person, yet go and make fun of them anyway. People that make fun of people on RS are nothing but whiners with no lives.
And I think there really isn't much Jagex can do about it, but they could get more mods for such a large game.

Are you talking to me?Because if you are then know this:I have been playing since before the RS2 beta and even in RSC there was still people scamming and people calling each other noobs but it wasn't nearly as much as nowadays.
Yesterday I saw someone buying full rune so I decided to sell it to him.He offered 2k and a beer and wanted me to accept, but I declined and he started by-passing the filters calling me name becuase he didn't get what he wanted. That stuff almost never happened in RSC
