Hello everyone, and welcome to my 99 cooking guide. As being a level 99 cook, I'm going to share to you some of the best ways to achieve 99 cooking. As taking me nearly 3 weeks of cooking (from 72-99) and cooking nearly 100K lobsters it was a fun experience. So why not give it a try?

Okay so heres the guide,

1-10: cook sardines (fish them or buy them)
10-17: Cooking mackeral is pretty fast at that level.
17-25: Cook trout from here.
25-30: Salmon (they give 90 exp per)
30-65: tuna (getting 100 exp per cook, you can get 100k an hour.)
65-94(99): Do the Family crest quest, Once complete, get the cooking gauntlets. If you don't want to do the quest you'll have to wait until level 75 to cook all lobsters. Anyways, while wearing cooking gauntlets at level 65 cooking, you're guarenteed to never burn a lobster. So do these till you finally reach 94. If you aren't exactly the richest person, you can continue doing lobsters through 99.
94-99: Sharks! And the good thing? you only need to cook 24k to get from 94-99. Thats 24 hours! If you really tried, you could get 94-99 in a day.

Extra tips:: *cook in the Rogues den (located in burthorpe - trapdoor in bar)
*talk to people while cooking, you're bound to meet at least 100 people on your cooking journey.
*listen to music, it should easily keep you motivated.
*if you just can't sit there and watch your character cook, turn you sound effects on really high, and just watch videos on other sites, browse on the net, watch tv. Once the sizzling noise stops, that means you're ready for a new inventory.
*too take the boredom level down, buy only 10k at a time. This will make it seem easier, so it's not like uggh... I still have 41k lobs left in my bank... blahh. But I do reccomend (if you're rich) buying all 24k sharks at a time, so you can boost your cooking to 99.

Well, I hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading :)

Isn't the best place to cook in the cooking guild? I'm not sure if it makes a difference using a fire or a cooking range. Cause if it does make a difference you could start cooking sharks earlier making it even faster.

No, it doesn't if you wear cooking gauntlet's you don't burn it-even on a fire. It's much faster at the rogue's den because you're right next to the bank.

Nice guide, cooking is very simplistic in itself but at least this will save me time instead of searching whats best to cook. =D>

Not much of a guide. Atleast add pictures, it would be alot more interesting to read. Someone could write that in under 10 minutes.

Don't know if you have the information, but here's something that would be nice:

A table (or list) showing the level at which you no longer burn fish. (I know you mention a few in the paragraphs, but it's not complete.)

Also, what's your opinion on monkfish? I notice they are absent from your recommendations.

Last, nice guide. I like that you proivde quantities needed, for getting from here to there.

add in monkfish, alot of people use them.
I suggest adding coloured writing/pictures nobody wants to read a guide of white text :\
Perhaps add in the amount of time it takes to cook 1k fish (yes you said that you can cook 24k fish in 24hours but I don't really believe it takes that long, I got 99 cooking in 5 days).
