It may be a gun but its the right sort of gun for the times RS is set in so there shouldn't really be anything wrong with having it. I'm pretty sure andrew was reffering to guns as in modern day guns, not like cannons.

The cannon is not used to kill people its for the dwarfs and used to kill monsters

i agree with bigfoot...pointless post! canons are a type of gun thats true but they are also NOT a pistol or machine gun like the ones favored by so many other games that may i add...rock!! Runescape has its qualities just like everything so why the hell does it matter if theres a cannon in there or not? Theres only 3 or something lol

yea, monsters and stuff, you get good range exp, and Jagex is trying to get as close to the medival time period as possible and guns will get it more far away from what they are trying to do.

Dwarf cannon is a cannon, gun is a gun.....

Dwarf cannon doesn't cost explosive stuff, and doesn't cause blood, unlike gun

Arg! There no need to argue here, fore the dwarvs themselvs are strange creatures and probably would tell you that if they wanted it to be a gun then they would have called it a Dwarven Gun of Monsterous-Multikilling-Massacure.
