whats the most expensive armour for p2p for someone with no skills or qp?

that was for non members. i'm pretty sure there's something members can wear more expensive

Lemme take a guess, and no arrows, cuz like 1 billion arrows can own everything, so it's too cheap

Werewolf village color capes,rune boots, cooking guantlets? and full saradomin and a halbert? with a blue phat and a dragon ring dragon ammY?

I did..He said no quest points and skill lvl..But I meant no gp?..
You can't wear anything if you don't have any gp..

You need to do Family Crest quest to get Cooking Gauntlets... and the boots, are you talking about Boots of Lightness? If so, thats from Temple of Ikov quest.

I'm not a member so...I wouldn't know.
But you don't need to do Temple of Irov quest to get the boots.
