Skillcape Stats Bonus

When you start wieling your skillcape you get 100/99 in that skill.
After a while the 100/99 gets back to 99/99 and you have to operate your cape to get 100/99 again.

Here's my suggestion:
- When you wield your skillcape, the skill stays 100/99 and regenerates cape to 100/99.
or
- When your got 14,391,160 exp (exp needed to level from 99 to 100) the skill stays 100/99.

sounds cool, but would it be 100/99? i mean you allready got the exp..shouldn't it be 100/100?

But you won't have enough space , although it's handy, but completely useless for other skills, like RC, hunter, construction, slayer, etc

I would guess that jagex will eventually release special "benefits" of having a skill cape. I.E. while you have the boosted skill (lvl 100) you will be able to craft 10x air runes or cut magics 5% faster...maybe even something like being able mine a new metal or something...I would guess that eventually they will move in that direction.
