i am very sorry, i just relised whilst looking through my folders taht the guides i was speaking of are completly gone. i dont remember deleting them and after i tried a system restore... i think i formatted my computer a few days after deletion!

i applogise, but you could probobly find good guides by searching throuigh google...

yet again sorry for the inconvienience...
