y do people hate skill pures?

so im with my freind fletching in dranor bank *yea where both going for 99 fletching* but there where 2 skill pures there we talked to them a bit then the noob squad showed up. about 5 or 6 people that flowed in with in a 30 min period between level 53 - and highes is 73 and began flaming the two skill pures. first for being lvl 3 and lvl 4 members and how they where "nooby" totaly ignoring the fact they had lvl 80+ skills 1 had a santa hat other had (idk just regular cloths) and both had dragon hachet.

i kinda stayed in the bank reading the forms between loads of yew longs. and then reporting every now and then when they got nasty. but they didnt quit. now WHY do people hate lvl 3's that happen to not like combat but insted have 80+ skills? are the jealus or what (idk but i had fun reporting)

I like Skill Pures.

People who hate skill pures are often between lv 40-70 because they are better than them but they are a lower level.

Yeah lol, it can be really annoying at times. I'm lvl 3 and get called noob a lot, but when I get tired of it I just put on my red mask.. But then I just get called drop trader.

People who call skillers noobs are usually noobs themselves.. Best to just ignore them.

i enjoy combat related quests and combat to much to be a skill pure but i respect them. i mean i know they go through a lot and when i can try and make freinds with one i can. cause i know they get flamed alot and if they report there flamyers they will easly become a player mod and then wont get flamied so much. but still id expect members wouldnt be so mean to them.

Paying to play doesn't make you any more mature than when you didn't pay.

i thought that paying to play might make them more aware of what they say atleast when they are mad cause after u put 1 or 2 years of member into an account witch is $60-$120+ u might not want to get it banned.

Probably because skill pures and skillers often get mistaken for autoers. There's alot of 99 fishers, fletchers, woodcutters etc that get their levels from using macros and cheats. A low level with high non combat skills doesn't always mean an autoer, probably someone with peaceful intent I'd say.

well it's the prevailing state of mind that most kids who plays runescape that cb level 3s or 4s are autoers. roughly, this is not true. there are cheaters even with combat 100s.

what may be fun for you may not be fun for others. each one of us got the right to choose what we want to wear and use in the game and learn to respect that choice, whatever it may be.

I, personally, like them, it's just arrogent people who seem to enjoy stereo-typing lower levels, in that because they're lvl 3 they *Must* be annoying, poor, an easy victim, skills pures can stake, and win, by the use of throwing pies. I've seen it done before! I won't post his name to respect his privacy, but he can quite easily beat lvl 3 to 50 players!

I really dont mind them. I respect them...because when they get called nooby they can laugh at the person who actually has a skill worse than them. It just prooves either they are better or the person making fun of them are jealous. Its a WIN-WIN situation for the pure and a LOSE-LOSE situation for the person who is flaming.
