Guess what, I've been banned. Yeah I left a few months ago, but I came back for construction. A lvl 90 Character gone to waste... Bah. If i knew they'd ban me for nothing, I'd have actually DONE something.
I was building my house, as usual, and I got a PM from a scammer. As usual. So I decided to mess with him. As usual. After playing with his mind for a while I managed to turn the conversation around, and was telling him "Nah, that's not your password, try again." He logged out after a while, but when I came back I was banned. Hell. Jagex doesnt like Humour anymore. If anyone needs me, I'll be on Guild wars. NCsoft can take a joke.

All I can say is, don't waste your time 'turning conversations' around. It could just get you in trouble. Appeal the ban and try to explain what happened. Thats all I can suggest.

bad luck dude. with my account i got banned but not permantly it said. when i went to see if it was still banned it said it was permantly! but i wrote some letters to them and i got it back. lol anyway im still playing it and its fun as

I've appealed, but to be honest I don't care that much. There's plenty of other games for me to play.

Never reply to a scammer's pm's set your private messages to Friends only..so no one you don't have on your friends list can pm you so that problem wont happen again.

Good advice...best thing to do with scammers is report them and move on.

Z4ck is 100% right. Just add the scammer to ignore list or just keep your private chat on friends. How simple is that.
