When you talk about all that money, ya gotta remember all the staff, the server maintenance, all their computers, payment services... etc, thats a lot of money, so I dont think they come out too rich

you have forgotten a few things.
jagex getts money by their adds too, donations and such.
your amount of members is very unsure because some of the players on hiscore maybe quitted for a long time ago.
and i think that severs costs more then 2m a year and there have to be lots of other things they need to pay for then just the server.
