[Guide] Cheap and sorta easy way to get mage up quick in f2p

Ok for this to work all you have to do is get your mage to lev 19 then get like 50k. (If you have any lower then buy like 500 minds and an air staff and cast air strike on the lesser demon in wiz tower till you have lev 19 mage) Ok with this 50k get you 1 earth staff and like 2000 bodys and 4000 waters(double amount of waters as bodys). Then with these things in hand go to varrock castle on any world (doest mater what world) and cast curse on the level 17 zamorak monk behing the stairs.Also when you do this please wear the best armor you have and Do not wear no ammy of magic.Then with all of these you sould get anywere from 13-20 levels.Trust me it works. And all of this can be repeated till you have as high of level as you want. Also all the runes and the staff(if you dident already have) cost ruffly about 6-7k and the rest of the money can be used to get more rune's.

I love to train with bodies. Everyone things there stupid, though. I saw someone selling them 3gp each once.

Or you could just train on the lesser demon using curse spells and not the monk in varrok? OR you could just buy like 3k mind runes and 15k fire runes and an air staff and cast fire strike on the lessers for level 55? mage.

I see all these people wasting runes by doing the spell and purposly missing (like stun). Ive found that if you can go somewhere with tons of low level monsters (such as rats)you will hit everytime and get the full xp for the spell at the same speed. For instance a level 1 rat in varrock sewer im guessing has 1 or lower attack, str, def (probably 0) When you cast curse on it its def drops to 0 and u cant cast it on him again. But since theres lots of rats like that you can cast it many times. And their stats raise really fast so theres no waiting between casts. PLus you get the full experience for casting it.
