Yeah, I know this is "Just a game" but still I'd like to point out a few things that make NO sence in RS. If you know any more, feel free to tell me.
How can wearing armor make you shoot with a bow more accurate?
How can anyone eat a lobster whole in one bit with the shell?
How on EARTH can a sheild be fire-proof?
How can girls become warriors?
Armor isin't made of just metal...or is it? (Anyone know?)
How can drinking a strange mixture make you run faster?
How can making things out of leather take only 1 second?
How can stones (Runes) become powerful energy?
How can smithing, cooking, smelting, woodcutting take only seconds?
How can cutting down a tree be so easy? The trees are almost as tall as the characters.
How can wearing a cape make you stronger?
1. Good question...
2. Most of the things in Runescape are representative of a much greater area and time period. Lobsters take several minutes to eat, crops take months to grow, and armor can take days to complete. If their true size were shown, cities like Varrock and Ardougne would barely be small towns.
3. It can be with the right materials.
4. With a sword and the proper attitude.
5. Some types. Usually it has leather or cloth in there too.
6. That particular strange mixture can improve the flow of oxygen to the muscles so that they don't get tired as fast.
7. See #2.
8. They are pieces of magically absorbent rock that have been imbued at nodes of power.
9. See #2.
10. I expect the woodcutting axes have a hidden saw attachment. Or maybe it's something completely different...
11. Beats me. Maybe the character wears the cape and looks in the mirror while you're logged off and gets a boost in confidence from how cool they look.
And now, some more questions for your list:
* In the agility arena, why does the character try to dodge the darts instead of crawling under their path?
* Without meaning to, how do you snag a trip wire that you can plainly see?
