saw a bunch of other kids playing it at a public library one day about 5 years back... and i quickly got hooked on it myself, lol

I accually hated rs for a long time.. then all of a sudden i went to my friends house and I was hooked. Now It's just another game out there that I play once in a while.

Happy I found rs though, then I wouldn't be here.

I heard about it from my friend....at first i thought this game was a piece of crud, but after about a week my friend "made" me get on, and ever since then, i've been hooked :lol:

so it's all thanks to my friend...

A friend at my lunch table would go on and on about it so I wondered if it was as good as he said. I though it was a sort of crappy game, but I really grew to like it.

There was a guy at school who said he made the game lol. I saw the url and tried it. I enjoyed it so I decided to stick to it.

i saw my friends play it and i thought i give it a try. ironicly when 4 of my friends first saw it we thought it was a dumb game a rip off of D2. then we got hooked .... then we said "can you believe people pay to play this game?"

and then "hey dad can i get 5 bucks a month"

I saw a 10-year-old play runescape on my local internet-cafe. I was like "Meh, probably a game for 10-year-olds..."

Some time later, my friends started playing it, I was like "Omg?"

So, months later I tried it out. Turned out that it ain't that bad though. I still can't believe I asked that same 10-year-old how to cook meat when I was in tutorial island.

Last time I met him (1~2 years I think), right after the release of RS2(aka the current runescape), he had a phat set. Dam, if he still owned them, he'd be dam rich.

He's real bad at maths lol, saw him trade 1m for something worth 100k. Back then they never showed "1,000,000gp (1 million gp)" thingy.

Well once upon a time (about 2 1/2 years ago) I was bored. So the bored computer addict went to bored.com to play games. The bored computer addict say runescape.com as a feayured game. He thought to himself "Hey lets try this" So he played and lived happily ever after". And then everyone died (not really)
