the lag issue is always resolved by restarting my pc. i'm using win98 and most pirated winxp installers don't work at all. despite the lag, addy ores in world respawn in under 2 minutes. i haven't clocked it but i'll give it a shot.

there is no need to do it step-by-step. every miner already knows the routine. you can also clearly see the benefit of superheating as i get to stay longer at the mining site and get more ores.

clearly you can see that it will take 6 full inventory of coals to match that mining experience. add the time that you'll spend smelting at the furnace.

my objective is to correct the misconception about mining that powermining rules. the underrated superheating is what really rules. that is why the superheaters are the elite miners.

hey u're right

i tested

world 1 Full world

30 sec respawn for coal

world 43 1009 players
45 sec respawn for coal

and mith respawns way faster in world 1

i clocked addy at world 1 and it took 4 minutes 30 seconds. i have no idea for world 1 runites.

so what if it respwans that 10 seconds faster.... i would prefer to be only one in mining guild rather than a full one.... if your the only one there is no need to wait for respwan because there is plenty to go around...

it won't be a problem for a coal miner. but it is important for the superheaters since they're mining mith and addy beside coals.

the guide is intended for the elite miners of runescape and for those who aspires for greatness in the mining skill.

Just to help valkor..

world 1 guild has same amount of people in other world.. think about it.. the massive people in world one is because mostly merchants.. about 400 and noobs about 100.. so minus that 500 it's like a normal world

I choose the least crowded worlds, an I heard that only the respawn of rune depends on the amount of people in the world.

if your going for powerleveling, and you have the money for the runes to superheat, then thats a good idea. However I prefer my old lazy routine of mining. Takes me 5-7minutes for a full load of coal, bank, and back I go. However one neat trick that I do, is I use my laptop, i set it on the coffeetable, and i watch TV as I mine, it works REALLY well.

Another thing, I know that the better your mining level the more chance you have at getting ores. However, I believe that chance exponentially decreases as you get to a higher level.

Because back in the day when I was mining iron to get into miners guild, it would take me 5-7 hits to get it. Once i got 60 and went in miners guild, i mined alot there until i was like 72, then when i went to mine iron ore , i got it in one hit every time. Now I'm not saying this will ever happen for coal, however the chance for you to get coal increases ever so slightly when your mining level goes up.

i think the only ore that u are able to one pick is iron and below.. then from silver and above. no matter if u are level 99 u still don't get the ore as fast as u would like minig iron

that means.. if i'm level 70 mining.. i would have same speed as a level 99 on iron.. and i might as well as have a same speed minig coal.. but he is likely to get it faster..

and also..coal is not the ore that u can one hit and get it.. not even u are level 99

that is so true and a level 30 can outmine a level 99 in coals. that is why i think the mining is screwed for coals and up. especially when there's a bot miner hitting that rock too much!!

I think mining is not skrewed up.. it's just fair.. so low level people can still get coal when they are in a place full of high levels
