LOL, ok, im rich....ish....so i dont care much, instead i got a good laugh...this is the story (dramatized to waste my time...and hopefully yours)
I saw the update saying there was a new dragon item!!! i was amazed, i was sure it was dragon full helm, kite shield or platebody, so out of such curiosity i rushed onto the forums, and did a search in the item discussion forum for dragon, there it was, the name of the new dragon item!!! the golden....errrr...dragon....hatchet, i couldnt believe it!!!! i had to see for my very self, so i got my gear, pots and food, ran over to waterbirth, ran through blistering winds, and painful dagganoths, and worse yet rock crabs, i walked up and down ladder after ladder after ladder dodging and evading dagganoths, rock lobsters, wallasilks or whatever theyre called, i couldnt tell in my haste, i saw many remains of the dead, pray pots, lobsters, swordies, and other misc. items take on quests of chaos such as this, but this discoraged me not, i was to find and slay the mighty DAGANNOTH KING!!! however, world 2 was crowded, so i switched to a normal server, and before i knew it, i saw the numbers 20 and 40 with a red background, i rushed to my inv to eat, but too late...there i was, in the fairgrounds of the peaceful cith of faldor where i then recounted my tale to the white knights, sir tiffy cashien, and that lovely bartender, o waht i wont do for a free beer, but, what did i lose you ask
well, i lost 4 things (plus a bit of cheap food and att and str pots)
- a glory (lose em all the time when rcing anyways) 90k
- rune kite 45k
- DDS 70k
- obsidian maul 150k (though i got it and 37k for a guthix page i was selling for 50k, so technicaly 13k
)
a total of 355k...which i can make back in like, an hour
EDIT: just realized, maul was 2 handed so i left kite in bank
so only 290k lost
